1. Scope and Validity of the Warranty

1.1. Remap UAB repair shop (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) provides a 24 (twenty-four) month warranty for all external power boost modules (hereinafter referred to as the Device) sold by the Seller.

1.2. The warranty applies regardless of whether the Device was installed by the Seller, the Seller’s authorised repair shop, or by the Customer.

1.3. The warranty period commences on the purchase date indicated on the invoice.

2. Warranty Coverage and Obligations

2.1. The warranty shall mean that, in the event the Device malfunctions due to a manufacturing or technical defect, the Seller shall replace the Device with a new one without exception.

2.2. In the event of a malfunction, the Customer shall be required to provide proof of purchase and, where possible, a brief description of the defect or supporting photographic or video evidence.

2.3. Warranty replacement shall be carried out within a reasonable period of time, subject to the availability of parts and the nature of the defect, but in any case no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date on which the Buyer returns the Device to the Seller.

2.4. The warranty shall not apply where the Device has been disassembled by the Buyer, its mechanical structure has been damaged, internal components have been mechanically damaged, the casing has been opened, or in any other similar circumstances.

3. Limitation of Warranty with Respect to the Vehicle

3.1. Where the Customer installs the Device independently, the Seller shall provide no warranty in respect to the vehicle and shall bear no liability for any damage, malfunction, or consequential loss arising from improper installation, configuration, or use of the Device.

3.2. Where the Device is installed by Remap UAB or its authorised repair shop, the Seller shall provide an additional warranty confirming that the installation work shall not cause damage to the vehicle’s systems. In such case, if a vehicle malfunction is identified and is directly attributable to the installation performed by the Seller, the Seller shall assume responsibility for such malfunction and shall undertake to remedy it. The Buyer shall not be entitled to claim reimbursement from the Seller for any independently performed repairs of such malfunction.

4. Exclusions from the Warranty

The warranty shall not apply in the following circumstances:

• The Device has been mechanically damaged or altered;
• Improper connectors, voltages, or software tools have been used;
• The Device has been used for purposes other than those for which it was intended;
• The malfunction has been caused by interference by third parties;
• The Customer has failed to comply with the operating requirements provided by the manufacturer or the Seller.

5. Limits of the Seller’s Liability

5.1. The Seller’s liability shall be strictly limited to the replacement of the Device.

5.2. The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to vehicle downtime, loss of income, fuel costs, or any additional expenses incurred as a result of the Device’s malfunction or installation.

5.3. The present warranty terms and conditions shall not limit the Buyer’s rights as provided under the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights.

6. Warranty Service Procedure

6.1. The Customer shall submit any request for warranty replacement or repair by email or by visiting the Seller’s place of business.

6.2. The Seller shall be entitled to require that the Device be delivered for diagnostic inspection.

6.3. Upon confirmation of a warranty defect, the Device shall be replaced with a new one.
