Delivery

We deliver goods to the address you specify, both within Lithuania and internationally.

For international deliveries, the shipping method, price, and delivery time are arranged individually with the buyer.

In Lithuania, orders are delivered via Omniva, DPD, and LP Express. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days. The delivery cost is shown in the shopping cart next to the selected delivery method.

Delivery to the address you provide anywhere in Lithuania is carried out on business days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The courier will contact you before delivering the goods.

Orders can also be delivered to Omniva, LP Express, and DPD parcel lockers. You can collect your parcel from a locker at any time of day that suits you.

Returns

Defective items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

The buyer is responsible for returning the items using their own transport and covering the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is returned due to a quality issue.

When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:


  • The returned item must be in its original, undamaged packaging (this does not apply if the item is defective);
  • The item must not have been damaged by the Buyer;
  • The item must be unused and keep its original appearance, including intact labels and protective films, etc. (this does not apply if the item is defective);
  • The returned item must be in the same condition as when it was received by the Buyer;
  • The Seller reserves the right to refuse returned goods if the return conditions are not met;
